Getting the Perfect Fit

Crocs don't fit like a normal pair of shoes. It's important that they remain loose. Remember that the shoe will mould to the shape of your foot. There should be a little space between the sides of the foot and the sides of the shoe.

Room for Your Toes

Make sure that your toes have plenty of room at the end of the Croc -
you don't want any pressure points! With your foot placed centrally
on the foot bed there should ideally be a ¼ to ½ inch
of space left between toes and the end of the shoe.

Checking for Size

It is important that the heel strap is adjusted correctly and doesn't push your foot towards the end of the Croc. To make sure you have the right size of shoe, push the strap forward and check that your foot fits neatly into the Croc without hugging the sides.

Adjusting the Heel Strap

For the best fit you should be able to comfortably slide your finger between the heel and the strap. The patented closed cell resin (PCCR) has memory. If you need to change the position of the strap, simply work your finger around the back of the heel, stretching the strap as you go.

If there's plenty of room all around the foot but you are still experiencing tight spots then you may need to lengthen the heel strap. Just stretch it to the back of the shoe a few times and it will fit accordingly.

What is the difference between the Beach and the Cayman Model?

The Beach was the first shoe from Crocs and is sometimes called 'The Original Croc', as this model comes in only six sizes XS up to XXL ,it does not always suit the "in-between" sizes perfectly.

The 'Cayman' from Crocs was introduced to solve this problem and comes in sizes starting at kids 5 -6 up to an adult 13.

The Cayman also has a slightly narrower foot bed, but to look at these two crocs you really would not notice the difference, so you've got two great models to help you get your perfect Crocs fit!
