Sizes
Don’t worry about the size on the sole of your Crocs, this is a Crocs size, we have done all the size conversions for you, Crocs are NOT made in UK sizes, so the size you will receive is the nearest UK equivalent, as recommended by the manufacturer.
Perfect Fit
Try your Crocs on with the strap (if there is one) pushed forward.
The perfect Crocs fit should be quite loose (not like normal shoes), with no pressure points on your feet, ideally there should a bit of space all around each foot; this is part of the comfort factor.
When the back strap is positioned behind your heel, it can sometimes push your foot forward in the shoe but please do not worry as the straps are designed to be stretched to the desired length.
Info & Tips
Crocs are made in several different factories across the world, so colours, sizes, straps & rivets may vary from factory to factory, and this is NOT classed as a fault with the shoes.
Please do not leave your crocs in direct sunlight or any hot area, they may shrink – and in these cases we cannot accept returns.
To keep your Crocs nice and clean, just wash them in soapy water, or pop in the washing machine on a cold cycle only
(place them in a pillow case or similar & remove any jibbitz) they will look as good as new!
