Shipping Costs
UK: All Crocs and Crocs Products will be shipped FREE within the UK.
For other jellyegg products - a delivery charge of £2.00 will apply on all orders under £19.99, orders over this
amount will be shipped FREE.
UK Next Day Delivery (Orders before 12pm):
We're able to provide Next Working Day delivery for the majority of our UK based customers at a cost of £6.00 per order.
Orders need to be placed before 12pm for the delivery to be made the following working day, orders placed after Friday 12pm will be
delivered on the following Tuesday.
Europe: All products will be shipped throughout Europe at a total cost of £4.00 per order.
Rest of the world: All products will be shipped outside of Europe at a total cost of £10.00 per order.
All shipping costs will be calculated and shown seperately in your shopping basket.
Customs
You will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the goods reach your country. We have no control over these
charges and cannot predict what they might be. jellyegg recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
How quickly will we send your order:
Under normal circumstances your order will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.
UK: Your goods are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Packet Post and will normally arrive *within 2
working days* of shipment.
Alternative shipping options are available at the checkout for selected products.
Overseas: Your goods are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Packet Post and will normally arrive
*Europe: 3 to 5 working days*
*The rest of the world: 5 to 7 working days*

Stock Availability
we work very hard to keep stocks on the website 100% accurate but in the unlikely event that your chosen shoe is out of stock,
our customer services team will contact as soon as possible for you to pick an alternative shoe/colour or you will have the option
of waiting for stocks or cancelling your order.
VAT
There will be NO VAT charged on children's Croc Cayman shoes or Georgie boots
up to and including a UK size 3.
All other prices shown on jellyegg.com include UK VAT @ 17.5%
This VAT will be charged on all orders shipped within the European Union:
International Orders: For all orders shipped outside the European Union, VAT will be automatically deducted
when you fill in your delivery address details.
