Q01How do I place an order? Top ^

Placing an order with Jellyegg is pretty simple. There are two primary ways to place orders with Jellyegg. One is by calling 01834 860797 and having your credit or debit card details ready (+44 1834 860797 if youre outside the UK).

The other way is to order through our secure site. Ordering through Jellyeggs site is easy, especially if youve shopped online before. The most important details youll need are your name, address, phone number, email address, and your credit / debit card details. Simply browse the site, adding the products you want to your basket, by clicking the big green Add to Basket button on the products page.

When youre ready to pay, click the Checkout button, and youll be taken to the payment area. Here youll be asked to enter your username and password, to speed up the checkout process if youve shopped with us before. If you dont have an account set up, and dont wish to start one right now, take advantage of the Express Checkout function. Youll need handy the details mentioned above. Youll be taken through each step of the payment process individually. The first step is to enter your delivery details, then your billing details, then youll be asked to confirm the details.

Once youve completed your order, youll receive an email to confirm the details of your transaction. Once again check the details. If there are any problems with the order, call 01834 860797.

Q02When will I receive my order? Top ^

Under normal circumstances your order will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.

UK: Goods are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Package Post and will normally arrive *within 2 working days* of shipment.

Alternative shipping options are available at the checkout for selected items.

Overseas: All goods are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Package Post and will normally arrive:

*Europe: 3 - 5 working days*

*The rest of the world: 5 - 7 working days*

*Please note these times are not guaranteed*

Q03Is there a delivery charge? Top ^

UK: All Crocs and Crocs Products will be shipped FREE within the UK.

For other jellyegg products - a delivery charge of 2.00 will apply on all orders under £19.99, orders over this amount will be shipped FREE.

Europe: All products will be shipped throughout Europe at a total cost of £10.00 per order.

Rest of the world: All products will be shipped outside of Europe at a total cost of £20.00 per order.

All shipping costs will be calculated and shown seperately in your shopping basket.

You will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the goods reach your country. We have no control over these charges and can not advise what they might be. Jellyegg recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.

All BFPO orders are free delivery anywhere in the world (up to 2kg), also BFPO ordered shipping to outside the EU will be non vat rated.

Q04What if my order is out of stock? Top ^

We work very hard to keep stocks on the website 100% accurate but in the unlikely event that your chosen shoe is out of stock, our customer services team will contact as soon as possible for you to pick an alternative shoe/colour or you will have the option of waiting for stocks or cancelling your order.

Q05Can I return or exchange purchased items? Top ^

If you are not 100% satisfied with your jellyegg purchase you can exchange it for another product or receive a full refund.

21 day - No questions asked - Returns policy (the 21 day policy is extended for the festive shopping season, items purchased from October the 1st can be returned up to the end of following January)

The item must be returned as new, unworn and with all its original packaging and labels intact. Please enclose your jellyegg receipt.

Shipping charges for returned goods will be paid for by the customer.

Q06How do I return faulty goods? Top ^

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, please return it to the above address, as new, with all original packaging and labels intact.

Please enclose your jellyegg receipt and we will be happy to replace the item or provide a full refund.

Additionally, jellyegg will pay the shipping charges for any damaged or incorrect items.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Q07Is it safe to order online? Top ^

Our customers have complete protection. We use Thawte 100% secure encrypted server to look after your personal information and online payments.

Your details can not be read whilst in transit over the internet, so they remain completely safe from internet fraud.

All of our customers' details remain private and confidential. We do not collect or disclose information without your knowledge or approval.
