We offer rapid delivery of all our products throughout the world. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of receipt and customers in the UK can expect to receive goods within two working days of shipment.

Shipment to countries within Europe and the rest of the world can take up to 7 working days. Please remember that all times are guidelines.

21 Day Return Policy

Thanks to our 'no questions asked' returns policy, we'll be happy to refund or replace and items that you're not completely satisfied with. Just return the product within 21 days of purchase, as new and with your jellyegg receipt.

Whilst we try to keep our shelves fully stocked with cool products, we can't guarantee that all items are available on ordering. It isn't always easy predicting which goods may have an unexpected rise in popularity.
