Returns and Customer Care

21 days policy, no questions, no problem!

If you wish to return an item to us, please fill out the returns note at the bottom of your delivery sheet (this will be enclosed in your parcel) and send the item/s back to us via normal post (second class is fine), all returned items must be unworn, as new and with any labels intact; the cost of returning items back to us is paid by you the customer, we DO NOT offer free returns, but we do FREE UK DELIVERY on all crocs orders & exchanges. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges:

Due to the massive demand for these fantastic shoes, availability can change very quickly, so if we do not have your requested exchange in stock, you will be contacted to choose an alternative shoe or if preferred you can request a full refund.

Refunds:

All refunds will be processed within two working days of receipt of goods, the refund will be issued on the payment card you used to place your order, this usually would show on your bank/card details in 5 working days from date of processing.

Faulty Goods:

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged, or we have sent you the wrong product, please return to the above address, as new, in its original packing with all labels intact enclosing your jellyegg receipt. We will be happy to replace the item or issue a full refund. jellyegg will pay the shipping charges for any damaged or incorrect items.

All of the above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Buy one get one free (BOGOF)

This offer is limited to the items listed within the promotional deal category (BOGOF) When purchasing items from this deal you will get the cheapest item free.

If both items are returned you will be refunded as per the total amount you paid. If returning the cheaper item, the deal is void, you will receive no refund, as no cost was paid for this item.

If you are returning the more expensive item & you are keeping the free item, the deal is void, you will be charged for the free item, the cost of this free item will be deducted from the outstanding refund amount, and you will be refunded the balance.

You may exchange the items for others included in the same deal, if you wish to exchange for items not included in the same deal, the deal will be void and you will be charged the price difference for the new item.

Buy one get one half price (BOGOHP)

This offer is limited to the items listed within the promotional deal category (BOGOHP). When purchasing from this deal you will get the cheapest item at half price. If both items are returned you will be refunded as per the total amount you paid. If returning the cheaper item, the deal is void, you will receive a refund for the amount that was paid for the item (half the original price). If you are returning the more expensive item, & you are keeping the half price item, the deal is void, the half price item will revert to full price and you will be refunded any remaining balance.

Both the more expensive and the cheaper item may be exchanged for items of the same price/ within the same deal.

You may exchange the items for others included in the same deal, if you wish to exchange for items not included in the same deal, the deal will be void and you will be charged the price difference for the new item.

3 items for the price of 2 (3 for 2)

This offer is limited to the items listed within the promotional deal category (3 for 2). When purchasing from this deal you will get the cheapest item of the 3 free of charge.

If all 3 items are returned you will be refunded as per the total amount you paid. If returning the cheapest item, you will receive no refund, as no cost was paid for this item. If you are returning one or two of the more expensive item/s & you are keeping the free item, the deal is void, you will be charged for the free item, the cost of this free item will be deducted from the outstanding refund amount, and you will be refunded the balance.
