21 day - No Problem - Returns Policy

If you are not 100% happy with your jellyegg purchase - you can either exchange for an alternative product or we can issue you with a full refund - No Questions, No Problem!!

The item must be returned as new and unworn, in its original packaging with all labels intact, please enclose your jellyegg receipt.

Shipping charges for the returned goods will be paid for by you the customer.

Faulty Goods:

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged, or we have sent you the wrong product, please return to the above address, as new, in its original packing with all labels intact enclosing your jellyegg receipt. We will be happy to replace the item or issue a full refund. jellyegg will pay the shipping charges for any damaged or incorrect items.
