This web site was created and is served from the UK, English law therefore governs it and should any legal discrepancy occur, it will
be dealt with in an English court of law.
Payment & Title of Goods
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email - Please carefully check all the information and contact customer
services on 01834 860797 if anything is incorrect.
Payment by credit and debit cards will be debited from your account only when the order is in stock and ready to be despatched.
Please note that your goods may be sent to you in instalments.
The title of all goods ordered will pass to you once jellyegg has received payment in full for that product.
Stock Availability
We cannot ensure that all items are available on ordering, the current stock status is approximate. Some items are more popular
than we sometimes predict. If we are out of stock we will endeavour to fulfil your order as quickly as we can. If we anticipate long
delays or unavailability, you will be notified and given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Returns and Customer Care
21 day - No Problem - Returns Policy
The 21 day policy is extended for the festive shopping season, items purchased from October the 1st can be returned up
to the end of following January.
If you are not 100% happy with your jellyegg purchase - you can either exchange for an alternative product or we can issue you
with a full refund - No Questions, No Problem!!
The item must be returned as new and unworn, in its original packaging with all labels intact, please enclose your jellyegg receipt.
Shipping charges for the returned goods will be paid for by you the customer.

Faulty Goods:
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged, or we have sent you the wrong product, please return to the above address,
as new, in its original packing with all labels intact enclosing your jellyegg receipt. We will be happy to replace the
item or issue a full refund. jellyegg will pay the shipping charges for any damaged or incorrect items.
All of the above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

VAT
There will be NO VAT charged on children's Croc Cayman shoes or Georgie boots up to and including a UK size 3.
All other prices shown on jellyegg.com include UK VAT @ 17.5000%.
This VAT will be charged on all orders shipped within the European Union.
International Orders - For all orders shipped outside the European Union, VAT will be automatically deducted when you fill in your
delivery address details.
Trade Descriptions Act
Every care has been taken to ensure that our product descriptions, colours and specifications are correct. However, whilst the
colour reproduction is an extremely close representation, variations may occur on different screen resolutions.
