HSBC take the blame!
We would like to apologise for any problems you may have had trying to order from us over the weekend of 28th March or on the 8th April.
This was due to a national problem with HSBC on-line payment processing and was unfortunately totally out of our control.
HSBC assure us that they are working to prevent this from happening again, but if you do experience any difficulties please do not hesitate to get in touch with us and we will be happy to assist you.
