The beloved BIRKENSTOCK classic, Arizona, can now also be worn in wet areas, thanks to the use of high-quality EVA plastic. This makes the versatile sandal lightweight, flexible and washable, whilst still featuring the anatomically shaped footbed. The exact 1:1 copy of the classic, which was launched onto the market some one hundred years ago, is made in Germany with the same BIRKENSTOCK quality for which the brand is renowned.

The perfect copy of the 50-year-old original is now also available in high-quality EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate), thus promising a truly unique experience for the feet. After all, EVA material is extremely soft and light and also has a shock-absorbing effect. Uneven ground underfoot is automatically compensated and every step is cushioned. Another advantage is that EVA can easily be washed. This makes the sandals sturdy yet comfortable companions for wearing in a wide range of locations, from wet areas to the home, garden and beach.

Footbed with wellness factor

The EVA models are not only light as a feather, but also offer the time-tested BIRKENSTOCK comfort. The anatomically shaped footbed supports the foot's natural rolling movement and provides a secure grip where needed. The footbed also pampers feet with a little wellness treatment. With every step, the toe bar triggers a gripping reflex that tenses the toe and calf muscles. Then they relax again. This is how the continuous tensing and relaxing of your muscles exercises your feet and legs and stimulates your blood circulation when you are walking or running.

Quality "made in Germany"

BIRKENSTOCK places the highest quality demands on all of its products. This also applies to the EVA sandals, which are made exclusively in Germany and are subject to strict quality controls. Through this, the traditional brand stands as a prime example of German production. The Madrid EVA sandal is currently available in black and white. Other colours and models will follow.

Returns

ONLINE/TELEPHONE MAIL ORDER RETURNS

21 days policy

If you wish to return an item to us, please fill out the returns note on the reverse of your delivery sheet (this will be enclosed in your parcel) and send the item/s back to us via normal post. All returned items must be unworn, as new and with any labels intact; the cost of returning items back to us is paid by you the customer. We DO NOT offer free returns, but we do FREE UK DELIVERY on all footwear orders & exchanges. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The warranty period and conditions are set by the manufactures of the product. Each Manufacturer will have differing conditions, we will endeavour to assist you the best we can. However not all warranty claims will be valid for numerous reasons, these will be explained to you at the time of your claim.

The warranty on Crocs™ footwear applies to defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of product receipt. Broken straps/rivets, accidental damages are not covered in the warranty, but we will do our very best to help you if we can.

Exchanges

Due to the massive demand for these fantastic shoes, availability can change very quickly, so if we do not have your requested exchange in stock, you will be contacted to choose an alternative shoe or if preferred you can request a full refund.

Refunds

We aim to process all refunds within two working days of receipt of the returned goods, the refund will be issued on the payment card or PayPal account you used to place your order. This usually would show on your bank/card/PayPal details in 5 working days from date of processing.

If you purchase an item from our shops in Narberth then your rights to return are different to online purchases. When you purchase from us in store we can offer an exchange or credit note only on a valid return.
