FAQ

1. How do I place an order?

Placing an order with jellyegg is nice and easy. There are two ways to place orders with jellyegg. One is by calling 01834 860797 or 01834 869973 and talk to one of the team, we will be happy to take your order via phone all you need is your credit or debit card details ready. You can call +44 1834 860797 if you’re outside the UK.

The other way is to order through this secure site. Ordering through the jellyegg site is easy, especially if you’ve shopped online before. The most important details you’ll need are your name, address, phone number, email address, and your credit / debit card or paypal details. Simply browse the site, adding the products you want to your basket, by clicking the big orange ‘Add to Basket’ button on the products page.

When you’re ready to pay, click the Checkout button, and you’ll be taken to the payment area. You can choose a delivery method here, and then choose which way to pay, either with your credit/debit card or via your paypal account. You will then either fill out your name and address details, or simply login in to your account; you can then pay and finish the order process.

 Once you’ve completed your order, you’ll receive an email to confirm the details of your transaction. Once again check the details. If there are any problems with the order, call 01834 860797.

2. When we I receive my order?

Under normal circumstances your order will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.

UK: Free delivery option is sent via royal mail and will take approx 2 -4 days to arrive with you from date of dispatch, we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hrs of your order being placed (except Sat/Sun) If you have any questions please feel free to get in touch 01834869973 or hello@jellyegg.com

Alternative shipping options are available at the checkout for selected items.

Overseas: All goods are shipped by Royal Mail First Class international Post or via international courier and will normally arrive:

3. How much is delivery?

UK: All  shoes will be shipped FREE within the UK.

For other jellyegg products - a delivery charge of £1.00 will apply

Europe: All products will be shipped throughout Europe at a total cost of £10.00 per order.

 

All shipping costs will be calculated and shown separately in your shopping basket.

You will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the goods reach your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they might be. jellyegg recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.

4. What if my order is out of stock?

We work very hard to keep stocks on the website 100% accurate but in the unlikely event that your chosen shoe or product is out of stock, our customer services team will contact as soon as possible for you to pick an alternative shoe/colour or product, you will have the option of waiting for stocks or cancelling your order and have a full refund.

5. Can I swap my shoes/products?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your jellyegg ONLINE purchase you can exchange it for another product or receive a full refund

21 day - No questions asked - ONLINE Returns policy (the 21 day policy is extended for the festive shopping season, items purchased from October the 1st can be returned up to the end of following January) The item must be returned as new, unworn and with all its original packaging and labels intact. Please enclose your jellyegg receipt.

Shipping charges for returned goods will be paid for by the customer.

6.How do I return a faulty item?

In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or incorrect items, it’s best to give us a call (01834 869973) or drop us an email(hello@jellyegg.com), that way we can sort the problem out for you as fast as we can or please return it to the above address, as new, with all original packaging and labels intact. Please enclose your jellyegg receipt and we will be happy to replace the item or provide a full refund. Additionally, jellyegg will pay the shipping charges for any damaged or incorrect items. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. Is it safe to order online?

Our customers have complete protection. We use a 100% secure encrypted server to look after your personal information and online payments. Your details cannot be read whilst in transit over the internet, so they remain completely safe from internet fraud. All of our customers' details remain private and confidential. We do not collect or disclose information without your knowledge or approval. We do not share your email address or any other details with third parties, ever!

8. How do I make a complaint?

Because we are so lovely here at jellyegg, we are pretty sure you won’t have to!
